This is the updated Snakes Rising schedule for the remainder of Summer into September. Stay tuned for more details as dates approach.
Saturday, June 28th. Snakes Rising hosts the "Ecstatic Music and Dance Community" at Maitri Center in Northside. Time is 3-5 PM. Plan to go out for dinner after the workout!
Friday, July 4th, 12 noon. Members of Snakes Rising march in the Northside Parade. Look for us in the "Mothers Acting Up" or "Moms and Dads for Peace" brigades.
Saturday, July 19th, 7-10 PM: Snakes Rising plays the Grailville Coffee House. This is connected to the Grailville Bookstore where you can purchase your Snakes Rising CD!
Sunday, July 20th, 5-7PM: at the Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati: "Summer Belly Circle: Body Friendly Belly Dance for Birth and Beyond." The first of a six week series taught by Snakes Rising members, Lisa Clark and Susan Hergert.
Saturday, July 26th, 3-5 PM: "Ecstatic Music and Dance Community" at the Maitri Center.

Saturday, September 13th. Snakes Rising will, once again be featured at Greater Cincinnati's Pagan Pride Day. In Covington's Mainstrausse, under the Clock Tower. Times TBA.
Saturday, September 20th. Snakes Rising performs at "Shimmies on the River" for Namaste Tribal in Richmond, Ky. This will be part of an all day Belly Dance Clinic. Details forthcoming. Here's the web link: http://www.geocities.com/namastetribal/Workshop

Saturday, October 4th, Snakes Rising takes part in the Earth Religions Awareness festival in Oxford, Ohio. Performance 4-6 PM. Workshops in the afternoon. Stay tuned for details.
