All Snakes Weekend only two weeks away!!!!

All Snakes Weekend is but two weeks away! Be sure to mark your calendars for the 12th and 13th of March! From the Snakes Rising Music blog, in the left hand column, you can find links to the ASD web page and the Faerie Realm.

This year we are featuring local and regional Shamanic and Trance practitioners. The line-up is incredible!!!! The cost for this weekend is a mere $10. The proceeds will benefit, in part, the Robin's Hood Community Center.

Local Spring Performances and Workshops

Don't forget to check out the All Snakes Day web page, which is linked here in the left hand column. We still have room for a few more vendors. If you have a trance, dance, or serpent related workshop that you'd like to present contact us right away! The dates are March 12 & 13.

On April 3 & 4 Snakes Rising will be at the Victory of Light Festival at the Sharonville Convention Center. You can look for us, vending near the stage, any time during the two day event. On Saturday evening the Snakes will give a performance: 5 PM to close. On Sunday at 4 PM we will offer a two hour trance dance/ ecstatic dance workshop. May 1st: Beltane (local) we will celebrate with the Miami University Pagan Student Alliance in Oxford, OH. The tentative time is 4-7 PM. Check back often for details! Or e-mail Sandy at kirchnsr@muohio.edu.

On March 6th, from 3-5 PM, Snakes Rising begins a series of Open Ecstatic Dance Circles to be held at the Cincinnati Recreation Commission's Clifton Branch. The location is at the corner of Eden and University. We'll meet there every other week except when we are performing "away." Other dates already scheduled: March20th and April 17th.
